About Us
We’re a collective of independent female experts in strategic communication. Each of us works autonomously — with our own specialisation and our own perspective.
What unites us is a shared conviction: communication is not a support function. It is a strategic core function that actively shapes the reputation, acceptance, and legitimacy of organisations.
We work solo and as a team. We operate independently, yet complement each other seamlessly – from organizational development and change communication to advising on financial transactions and corporate functions, through to HR topics and employer branding, team development, and leadership coaching.
Together, we bring decades of experience and deep expertise across all facets of communication.

Katharina is an expert in brands and retail business. For over 15 years, she has been developing strategies and storylines to successfully position brands and the companies behind them in the market in the minds of customers and multipliers. From developing the brand essence and purpose to tailored messages on value creation. A constant companion over these years: Transformation.
Katharina advises companies and its leadership teams in times of growth, in times of crisis, and in the development of their business models: From brick and mortar to omnichannel approaches or from start-ups to the stock market. With strong narratives, Katharina translates visions, strategies, and relevant decisions into comprehensible and approachable stories that resonate – internally and externally.

Kathrin is our network specialist. Last but not least, she is the initiator of We&C and the reason why we found each other. Kathrin’s strength lies in bringing people together on specific topics and developing the arising potential.
Over the past 10 years, Kathrin has worked as a strategic communications consultant with a strong focus on corporate and public affairs. In addition, she was Head of Global Coordination of an international network of strategic communications consultancies: She is therefore very familiar with the finer points of intercultural communication.

Nicola makes change happen: As an organizational development consultant and coach, she’s specialized in transformational change for over 20 years. She considers communication to be her most important tool. Originally a journalist, she loves working with diverse teams and believes in the potential of New Work.
Specializing in agile transformation, she supports leaders, teams, and organizations around the world on their journeys to new ways of collaborating, thinking, and acting.

Kirsten is a founding member and, with her many years of experience on the corporate and agency side, complements the network in an advisory capacity from the background.
As a successful communication responsible of a large German retail company in the fashion sector, Kirsten still enjoys sparring regularly with the We&C partners.
