Kathrin is our network specialist. Last but not least, she is the initiator of We&C and the reason why we found each other. Kathrin’s strength lies in bringing people together on specific topics and developing the arising potential.

Over the past 10 years, Kathrin has worked as a strategic communications consultant with a strong focus on corporate and public affairs. In addition, she was Head of Global Coordination of an international network of strategic communications consultancies: She is therefore very familiar with the finer points of intercultural communication.

Connie Forner

Connie is our expert on multinational, matrixed organizations. She supports strategic realignments, structural and cultural changes, market entries and exits as well as management transitions. With more than 20 years of experience in Internal Communications, Public Relations, Reputation- and Crisis Management, she knows that impactful communications consider various points of view.

This allows for mutual comprehension leading to understanding, connection, and impact. Equipped with enthusiasm, an analytical mind, and tangible words she creates and translates plans into effective communications. Connie brings a broad industry knowledge and is a master in familiarizing herself with new spheres.
She supports project-based, long-term, and ongoing as well as an interim manager.

Kirsten Geß

Kirsten is our all-rounder for communication and marketing. With years of experience on the corporate and agency side, she knows and understands the various requirements and needs of employees, managers, media, customers, and the public. Her focus is on strategy, positioning, change, sustainability, and crisis.

As Head of Communications at a major German food retailer for many years, she is very familiar with the retail and FMCG sectors but also advises B2C and B2B companies in other industries. Kirsten is convinced that today more than ever, communication is a key factor for corporate success and employee satisfaction.

Susann Remke

Susann is our specialist in executive development: Her goal as an executive coach and executive sparring partner is to support ambitious individuals in their growth. She accompanies executive leaders at the head/director, VP/SVP, and C-levels, as well as high potentials from German, European, or US-based companies through the new corporate world characterized by constant crises.

In doing so, she helps them effectively address topics such as (self-) leadership, team leadership, executive onboarding, change and crisis management, or career strategies. As a former journalist and corporate communicator with over 15 years of leadership experience, she considers communication as an essential component for internal and external effectiveness.
